The Level 1 Running Technique Program is a great introduction into your running technique. This program is for all abilities – with no-one being outside the scope for improvements. You’ll get weekly coaching from Alissa Williams (Physiotherapist and Triathlon Coach) as well as information sessions covering a number of different running topics.
