Swim Technique Program

Time to make a technique difference

Sick of following that black line but struggling to see the improvements and changes? Maybe its time to look at your technique and help improve your efficiency in the water! Leading into the Triathlon Season we will be running 4 week programs looking at swim technique and improving your efficiency both with open water and pool swimming!

The 4 week program will include:

  • 2 Coached sessions per week by Physiotherapist Alissa Williams
  • Open water and pool swimming drills
  • Access to videos of swimming drills
  • Nutrition information session by Accredited Practicing Dietitian Katie Dowling
  • Information session on how to improve control and power in the water
  • Lissome Swimming Towel
  • Pool Entry
