The Level 1 Running Technique Program is a great introduction into your running technique. This program is for all abilities – with no-one being outside the scope for improvements. You’ll get weekly coaching from Alissa Williams (Physiotherapist and Triathlon Coach) as well as information sessions covering a number of different running topics.

We have had great success with our running programs so far with big improvement not only in efficiency but also in associated pain with running. Its the little things that count! Check out our calendar and come and join us for the next running course

All level 1 programs run over 6 weeks including:

  • 2 run sessions per week
  • 3 Educational sessions across physiotherapy and dietetics
  • Lissome Drink Bottle
  • Lissome Running Shirt
  • Running videos for aspects of the course
  • Caters for all levels and abilities
  • Individualised for the participants
